Each summer, our CREATE fellowship program offers high school students across the country the opportunity to expand their understanding of purpose and impact while exploring impact-focused career paths.

Our online program is a unique opportunity for high school students to receive 1:1 mentorship and gain skills that will support their personal and professional growth in high school, college and beyond. We partner with leading organizations in the social impact and sustainability sectors to provide virtual mini-Internship experiences, and students who successfully complete our program are invited to attend in-person summits at premier impact conferences, where students gain valuable career preparedness skills in a supportive environment.
